For commercial clients and managing agents, we plan drainage work so problems are dealt with before they close a kitchen, a toilet block or a car park. Visits are agreed with you in advance and planned around your trading hours.

What planned maintenance can cover
- Planned jetting of kitchen and waste drains to deal with grease, silt and scale, using high-pressure drain jetting.
- A CCTV drain survey to see the condition of a run before problems recur. We use a colour camera and explain the findings in plain English.
- Clearing blocked drains when they happen, within our published hours.
- Repairs where the survey supports them: drain relining where the pipe is suitable, drain excavation where it isn’t, or a targeted drain repair.
